Refund Policy

At Sewversity, we strive to provide high-quality online fashion education that meets the needs of our students. We understand, however, that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below.

 

1. General Policy

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at [support email].
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • Processing time for approved refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

 

2. Course Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund:
    In a case where a student makes a duplicate payment, the students may request a full refund of that duplicate payment within 7 days.
  • Partial Refund:
    After 7 days, refunds are not typically available. However, under exceptional circumstances, such as technical access issues beyond the student’s control, a partialrefund may be considered.
  • Non-Refundable Cases:
    1. If more than 10% of the course has been accessed or completed.
    2. If course materials (patterns, downloads, or assignments) have been accessed or downloaded.
    3. For missed live classes, as recordings are provided.
    4. For certificates once they have been issued.

 

3. Subscription Plans (if applicable)

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via the student dashboard.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

 

4. Course Transfers / Credits

  • Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value (once only).
  • Course credits may also be issued for future use, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

 

5. Special Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be made for cases such as:

  • Duplicate enrollment or payment error.
  • Verified medical emergencies that prevent course participation.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the platform, if not resolved within 7 days of notification.
