Affiliate Terms of Service

Effective Date: 26th October 2025.

The Affiliate Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Sewversity Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to the following:

  1. Enrollment in the Program
  • To apply, complete the affiliate application form.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.
  1. Affiliate Responsibilities
  • Promote our courses honestly and ethically.
  • Do not engage in spam, false advertising, or misleading claims.
  • Do not use “cookie stuffing” or any fraudulent methods.
  • Do not share student login details, copy course content, or resell our services.
  1. Commissions
  • Standard rate: 20% of net sales (after taxes/discounts).
  • High-performing affiliates may earn up to 30%.
  • Subscription renewals (if applicable): 10% recurring.
  • Commissions are tracked via [Affiliate Platform Name] and paid on verified sales only.
  1. Tracking & Cookies
  • Affiliates receive a unique referral link.
  • A 60-day cookie window applies; sales made after this period will not be credited.
  • Only the last affiliate link clicked before purchase earns commission.
  1. Payments
  • Payouts are made monthly via PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer.
  • Minimum payout: $50.
  • If you do not reach $50, earnings roll over to the next cycle.
  1. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Use our brand name or trademarks in paid ads (e.g., Google Ads bidding).
  • Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or cash incentives.
  • Post offensive, illegal, or adult content alongside affiliate links.
  • Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of our school.
  1. Termination
  • We may terminate your participation immediately for violating these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you must stop using our links and remove promotional materials.
  1. Liability & Disclaimer
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or technical failures.
  • Affiliate earnings are based solely on performance; we do not guarantee results.
  1. Relationship
  • This Agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or joint venture. Affiliates are independent contractors.
  1. Governing Law
  • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/Jurisdiction].
